Louisville Crashers Coming To Central Park

Metro Louisville is ready for a fun filled time this weekend and there is one special event in Central Park on Friday, April 29th you will not want to miss when the Louisville Crashers entertain in the first Old Louisville LIVE.

“Old Louisville is once again the place to be this weekend with a group that is considered one of the nation’s best party bands,” says Councilman David James (D-6).  “The Louisville Crashers will help us kick off a new performing arts series with Old Louisville LIVE.”

Mark Maxwell, Shane Isenberg, Howard Gittli, Geoff Gittli, Jesse Vest, and Max Maxwell make up The Louisville Crashers who are gold and platnuim recording artists and have toured all over the world.

Old Louisville LIVE kicks off this Friday at 7:00pm

“We want people to enjoy Central Park in as many diverse ways as possible throughout the year.  This is another great opportunity to showcase what a great place Old Louisville is for everyone in the community,” says Howard Rosenberg, President of the Old Louisville Neighborhood Council.

All Old Louisville LIVE shows will take place at the C. Douglas Ramey Amphitheater in Central Park, are free, and open to public.  Food and drink will be available for purchase.  Guests will also be able to purchase beer, wine, and spirits during The Louisville Crashers’ concert on Friday night.

Councilman James, OLNC, the Garvin Gate Neighborhood Association, and BC Plumbing are the main sponsors of this kickoff event with the Louisville Crashers.
