Louisville’s Bisig Impact Group is throwing a party this weekend, and if you are a fan of beer, Blues, and/or barbecue, you won’t want to miss it.  The Louisville Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival will take place next Friday through Sunday at the Louisville Water Tower, 3005 River Road (at Zorn Avenue). Ten bands are lined up to play through the weekend, and a beer-tasting tent will return for the second year.  Barbecue, provided by Boss Hog's BBQ, Rack House BBQ, and Momma's BBQ, will be available.

The Louisville Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival will allow you to get lost in a soul-satisfying haze of New Orleans and Memphis-style blues and pit barbecue smoke. At their special Brews Tasting Area, you can sample craft beers.  It’s easy to see why people mark their calendars for this legendary festival at Louisville Water Tower Park year after year.

Whether you like your blues hard-driving or more mellow crooning, you'll hear more than your share of favorites as the festival’s live bands lay down lick after soulful lick.  You can expect to hear covers of Blues legends such as B.B. King, Howlin’ Wolf, and Bob Dylan, as well as original tracks.
